It includes demos of “China Doll” and “Wave That Flag”, plus a previously unreleased live performance from University of Nevada-Reno (May 12, 1974). This deluxe edition captures the psychedelic, folk-rock, and country-rock essence of From The Mars Hotel, with Keith Godchaux’s standout keyboard work and Robert Hunter’s evocative lyrics. The Wall of Sound setup at the Reno show adds to the historic significance of this release.
